Psalm 18:31
For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God?
As happens twice a year or so, today was the fifth Sunday in the month. Before the new sanctuary was built, the offering on these Sundays was dedicated to the church building fund. With the completion of the sanctuary, we now dedicate it to the capital improvement fund.
In the announcements, Steve reminded us again about the important children’s ministry of Awana. We are having an organizational meeting on Wednesday, September 1st at 6:30 at the church to plan for the upcoming year.
