Happy Mother’s Day
In lieu of a Bible Verse for the service, Pastor posted the following prayer/poem for Mothers:
Mothers
Beautiful and wonderful
they fill the earth
Gracious in God’s call they
carry life
In a bond of love they
care for their children.
We ask God to bless all
Mothers today
May they feel the joys of motherhood
everyday
May God’s love and compassion
be with them today and always.
During the service, mothers were blessed with flowers – you can see the children of the congregation in snapshot of the video below – and a card shown below in the form of an acrostic shown below.
